Thanks, United Airlines

Based in Chicago, I have flown United Airlines for many years and found them to be highly efficient and gracious in meeting my needs. The services they provide start at a special check-in kiosk for the disabled and continue throughout the trip … wheelchair availability, assistance through security and plane boarding, in flight attention, disembarking and baggage claim. The attendants are courteous and helpful in respect to relieving me and my caregiver of any stress. Put me down as “fully satisfied and appreciative.”
