Trip to New York and Back

My granddaughter was my caretaker. We flew on Spirit Airlines. They were very helpful. When they took my power chair to the cargo bay, I was transferred to a regular wheel chair, and taken right to my flight seat. Both transfers were with complete assistance from the men present. During the flight, the attendants asked several times if I needed help with anything. All was done with a caring spirit. Security was a little a awkward, being both searched physically and with some sort of cloth right in front of everyone. They did ask if I wanted to go to a room, but I declined. All in all, I felt blessed, and safe.
