Busted Trip

Frontier Airlines destroyed my manual wheelchair wheel. No one said anything until I got into my chair and tried to leave the jetway. I got about one half of a revolution and the broken wheel threw me into the wall. I was immobile in my own chair. I had to use an airport wheelchair to catch my connecting flight. Frontier said I had to go to baggage claim to file a claim. That meant going through security. Then, the rep at baggage claim said I had to file a claim at my destination airport (SLC). I filed the claim at the SLC baggage claim.
