Wheelchair Given Away

I was on the 9:20 American Flight 563 from Charlotte to Philadelphia on November 19, 2022 and checked my personal wheelchair at the door of the airplane. When I disembarked from my flight in Philadelphia, my wheelchair could not be found!

Apparently another passenger claImed that chair was for her and the staff allowed her to get in it and took her to baggage claim. Staff faIled to check the tag on the chair!! The aIrport staff had to have the attendant run back with my chair. I was quite adamant that was a huge issue giving a $8k custom chair to a random person.
