No care, no concern

In October 2018, I flew to Las Vegas Nevada from Denver Colorado on Spirit Airlines. Upon arrival in Las Vegas, I had to wait for the luggage crew to bring me my wheelchair. When they arrived with my wheelchair, it was missing one a foot rest. I asked them where it was, and they said they didn’t know and didn’t have time to look. I explained to them that I had to have the foot rest and that I wouldn’t leave the off-ramp until they found it. I had to notify them that I would contact a lawyer if people with disabilities weren’t treated with respect. 15 minutes later, the luggage crew found my foot rest. I asked them where it was and they stated they found it under the stairs of the outside ramp. It was scratched up and damaged. The luggage crew did not care, and had no concern for others belongings.
